The certification improves the overall credibility and stature of the coatings industry worldwide.
Employees who receive such designation with this level of industrial painting and coating certification are recognized for having demonstrated experience to a peer panel when challenged with various coatings-related scenarios. Those who achieve Level 3 certification obtain the knowledge and can perform the tasks of those certified at Levels 1 and 2, as well as supervise those individuals.
