Employee involvement is critical to a successful and safe work environment. That’s why Thomas Industrial Coatings has worked hard to create a safety culture that protects, educates, and empowers every team member. We maintain a comprehensive Safety Management System that is reviewed and modified regularly by our Management Team.
Project management develops a site-specific safety and health Plan for each job and communicates it to each employee. Everyone on a Thomas project also has the authority to stop work in the event that an unsafe behavior or condition is identified.
