The Rend Lake Water Treatment Plant involved abrasive blasting and recoating of four existing final clarifier basins along with modifications inside and outside of the existing water plant at Rend Lake in central Illinois. This work was completed in two seasons, with the plant only allowing one vessel out of service at a time.
